Cancellation Policy
We regret to inform you that refunds are not applicable for any booking cancellations. However, we offer studio creditbased on the following criteria:
Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun):
72 hours notice or more: Full studio credit
48 hours notice: 50% studio credit
Less than 48 hours notice: No studio credit
Weekdays (Mon-Thu):
48 hours notice or more: Full studio credit
24 hours notice: 50% studio credit
Less than 24 hours notice: No studio credit
Studio credit is valid for up to 3 months from the original booking date.
No credit will be provided for no-shows.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
Request to Book Services Policy

All Request to Book services are subject to business approval and require staff presence.(includes Self Photography Studio, Professional Headshots, Family Photography and Grad Pack)

Our studio is also a rental space, so slots will be available for booking. However, availability of staff is not guaranteed during those times.

Bookings will only be approved if the requested time aligns with staff availability. If the requested time does not work, we will communicate an alternative time that works for everyone.

Please note, our studio operates entirely on an appointment-based system.
Booking Denials

Your booking will be declined if there is insufficient time for us to communicate with staff before the scheduled time.

For example, booking at 12:30 AM for an 8 AM session does not provide enough time for proper communication and approval.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request under such circumstances.
Communication

If staff reaches out to suggest an alternative time slot, when booked time slot is not available.

We will make every effort to accommodate your booking and will clearly communicate any changes. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient process for everyone.
